We specialize in private and group private lessons at your home or vacation rental. Perfect for Bachelorette parties, Pre and Post Wedding celebrations, and anytime you’re looking to host a healthy & fun activity or receive a personalized practice tailored to your individual needs. PRE-REGISTRATION REQUIRED
We are a PUBLIC yoga studio located within the property of the Renaissance Esmeralda Resort. Park behind the hotel in the parking structure and follow the signs to the Yoga lawn. All students, public and hotel guests, are required to pre-register for all classes
What’s so cool about Yoga Central?
Besides the fact that you’ll be greeted by name as you enter the studio or if you’re new, you’ll be welcomed with open arms, you’re going to be “taught” yoga. Our instructors are passionate about teaching yoga. We don’t lead the class on our mats. We walk throughout the space, offering alignment cues, adjustments and did we mention we will call you by name with some personal encouragement?
